Unwind your body and mind.

This class focuses on calming the mind and deepening the breath during an hour session of guided meditation, sound therapy and restful meditative postures. Allowing the body and mind to enter a place of peace and restoration. Breathing techniques will be discussed and synchronized with the movement. No experience necessary.
