Trim it to win it! This 7 week fitness contest is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals in 2020!
Participants will choose between two options: solo training ($25) or guided training ($75). The guided training includes two sessions per week with a coach outside of our regular group exercise class schedule. Register between January 6 an 10 at Midtown’s front desk.
1ST PLACE: $75 GIFT CARD
2ND PLACE: $50 GIFT CARD
3RD PLACE: FOOD SCALE + 45 MINUTE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION
The top 2 participants who have the highest percent body fat lost wins the 1st and 2nd place prize. We will also be doing a raffle for turning in food journals each week. Every journal turned in = 1 raffle ticket into the drawing for the 3rd place prize.
