Core Class
Core involves all muscles groups connecting from the hips to the shoulders. Don't always think "abs". This class will be a bodyweight bootcamp burn like no other. With the cardio portion, we will be doing a mixture of cycling, rowing and body weight calisthenics.
If you are not a Fitness Center member, you must sign a waiver.
