Join us for a complimentary Lunch & Learn.
This presentation offers interactive instruction on several prevalent breathing techniques/exercises that are specifically aimed at taking our bodies from a sympathetic nervous state (one of stress, often called “fight or flight”) into a parasympathetic jumpy state (one of relaxation, often called “rest and digest” or “calm and connect”). After the exercises are taught (and practiced a few times), the group will enjoy a short meditation to benefit further the parasympathetic nervous system (i.e., stress relief and relaxation).
Lunch will be provided for all attendees.
